After I enrolled to Apple Developer Program I got an email from Apple Support that ask me upload documents to https://developer.apple.com/contact/file-upload/ but when I clicked to the link it's showing:
Sorry, you don’t have access.
Your account isn’t authorized to upload files. To sign in with a different Apple ID,
What am I wrong?
Perhaps your effort to get using Developer account to
make a project or whatever, was not correctly logged
in to your Apple Developer account or its start pages?
