what is the reason that 10 thousand photos were deleted from my iPhone? now I bought 200 GB of space! and I still don't see the pictures back! how can i restore them? I have pictures from 3-4 years ago and they disappeared from the phone by themselves!

Buying iCloud space isn't going to magically bring your photos back.
Did you delete them from your phone and expect them to stay in the cloud? If so, that's not how it works. iCloud is a syncing service, if you delete them from your phone, they will be deleted from the cloud and vice versa, if you delete them from the cloud, they will be deleted from your phone.
If this isn't the case, do you share your Apple ID with anyone?
If you made a backup before your photos went missing, you can restore them from a backup -
