No matter how apple swears its hard to recover data on an ssd drive after a simple erase , that's nonsense . You can do it with any $40 recovery utility. My question is on an ssd ,if erase it , reformat and partition as a Mac journal you can then do the secure erase but does that also make the data unrecoverable from apfs
