Apple Watch not syncing with iphone

I upgraded to iPhone 15, but my apple watch stopped syncing my health information. How do I fix this issue?

Did you follow the steps in this article to pair to your new iPhone?

How to pair your Apple Watch with a new iPhone - Apple Support

Also force restart your watch by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

Do the same with your iPhone:

I paired it after I transferred all my info to the new phone. I followed the steps. Everything synced up and it wasn’t until this week that I noticed that I wasn’t closing my rings. When I opened up the app on the watch it was like I never set that up at all. I did force start re-paired it to my phone. I guess I’ll see if that works.
