Tides APP can’t add new location

With the iPhone on, the Tide APP has no data, but the watch face can display tide data and forecast data.
after switching off the iPhone,Data is Displayed, and New Locations Can Be Added.
It can be confirmed that the location service of the watch face and the location service of Tidal on the iPhone are both turned on.

Location Services have to be enabled on both devices for this app.
If you can see your data on the watch after switching off the iPhone, you will have to check the settings on the phone.
There is no "Apps Only on Watch" in the cellular network, and some apps on Watch cannot connect to the Internet
