How do I send a # or number during a call on iPhone 14 Pro? I was trying to update the login info for my credit card, received a robot call to confirm, asking me to click # on my keypad. I tried on the phone app but only got a page with numbers for making a call, the click on the keypad there wasn't transmitted or received. Is there another keypad I can use? Or how do I transmit the requested symbol or number when receiving a call. This has happened before always,not just credit card issue. How could I have sent the confirmation # to the caller? phone not letting in unknown callers come through (option is off) So when some banks need to verify my identity and want to call, their calls aren't coming through. Usually I have "silence unknown callers" but when they need to verify me and I am on the phone with them, I click that option off and their calls won't come through. They are sent to VM and they don't care I can see their VM, they want me to answer the phone. They are unable to give me a number they are calling from - so I can add it to their contact, because they say they are calling from a calling center.. understood. But this is now the second bank I need to verify myself with and cannot because their calls won't come through. Any others experience this mess? I used to have ActiveArmor through AT&T but they no longer support "silencing unknown numbers". I do have Norton VPN on my phone but don't know if they are blocking unknown callers? I don't see where it's an option on their menu.
