Mac OS Sequoia drains the battery by 2% every 15 min. No issues on Ventura.

MacBookPro 13" Intel 2018. Ventura had no battery issues on my MacBookPro. After upgrading to Sonoma I had experienced the issue with fast battery drain. I have not found any solutions and downgraded to Ventura. Now I upgraded to Sequoia and experiencing the same issue with fast battery drain. If I put computer to sleep with 100% battery capacity and wake up the computer next morning I see only 90% battery capacity. I want to note PowerNap is disabled. SMC and PRAM were reset of course. I having sorted out and found the log is full of strange outputs. There are a lot of power records every 300 ms.

While I has been writing this post the battery was drain by 10%...

I did clean installation on another partition but it did not help.

I just posted my report from current environment. Not from clean installation. I did just a test for Ventura and Sequoia on different partitions.

Then by all means

Re-run the report from the " clean installation "

Not that it will make much of a different to the Battery reporting only 78% Designed Capacity
