Is there a way clear the “Continue playing” portion of the queue in iOS?

Prior to iOS18, I was able to use a Shortcut (Clear Playing Next) to clear the queue in Apple Music. in iOS18, there is a new "Continue playing" section that seems to be populated when playing an album or playlist. I can't find a way to clear this. The shortcut no longer works and there isn't a "Clear" button in Apple Music on my phone.

The shortcut isn't working for me, either. I even tried re-creating it, but it still wouldn't work.

I did find that pressing on the 'Now Playing' item, I will see a list of upcoming songs. I can then left-swipe on each song and choose 'Remove'.

I don't see a way to clear the 'Now Playing' item. (The song isn't playing; it's just there with the buttons to play it.)

iPhone 16 Pro Max here, with iOS 18.1

Every music app on the planet except for Apple Music in iOS 18:

[Playing Album]

::clicks play on another album::

[Plays Other Album]

Apple Music as of iOS 18:

[Playing Album]

::clicks play on another album::

[Plays one song from the new album]

[Continues playing first album]

I mean... what?

...and apparently there's no good way to just switch albums? The only way to do it is to clear out every song in the upcoming list one by one? One. By. One. I must be missing something. Did my turntable suddenly become more convenient for my listening style? I just switched back to an iPhone after using Apple Music happily on Android for a few years and I'm going to seriously have to cancel my Apple One and get Spotify or Tidal or something?
