Removing unwanted entry "Missing_Title" in System Settings

Purchased refurbished imac 2013 and transferred files from Time Machine. All good, apart from "Missing_Title" appearing in system settings with the number 1 in a red disc next to it. Updated the operating system to Sequ0ia v15.0.1 but the "missing_title" entry still appears! Have rebooted and unplugged power and still no joy! Any clues?

Contacted Apple Support, after trying several different options, logging out of my apple account and back in resolved the issue. The "Missing_Title" was due to a sync issue with my new mac and my apple account.

Sadly buying a used or refurbished Mac that was not properly prepared for resale, is nothing but trouble.

A 2013 iMac is obsolete and can only run up to macOS 10.15 Catalina.
