iPad Air 5th generation won't open my banking app I really struggle to open my banking app. Sometimes I can't get past the authentication of my device, other times I can get as far as submitting my credentials but often it won't accept my fingerprint but it will open by password. I've checked with my bank and there is no issue from their side. Other apps seem to be ok and this has only been happening since I got this new iPad.

why cant i sign in to mobile bank app? password is correct. i even reset the phone but still not working. kerps tuming out Can’t sign in with mobile banking app. All credentials are correct. Even turned off phone for a bit for a reset but still keeps timing me out. Had been doing this for days now!!
