hey I was restoring my iphone 15 pro from apple devices app on windows and when i want to restore back my saved data on pc it tells me that my device is not compatible with my backup so i tried updating ios and restoring phone and it keeps telling me to update to newer version of ios. can someone help me please?

I believe it was telling you to update iTunes on your Windows system.
Either that, or the backup was made with a newer version of iOS than you have on your phone. That might happen if you had installed a beta on your iPhone and backed up from the beta, then reverted the phone to the released iOS version.
No, you can go back to a beta, but you can never restore a newer backup to a device running an older version.
If you have an older backup still you can restore that to a newer version.
yes it was on beta. can i install beta get back the data and then get my data saved to older ios version somehow?
