Start by uninstalling both ClamXAV and NordVPN and following the directions of their developers' for uninstalling their apps. Anti-virus apps, cleaning/optimizer apps, and third party security software are not needed on a Mac. These types of apps usually cause more problems than they solve because they interfere with the normal operation of macOS at a very low level. macOS already has great built-in security especially when the user also practices safe computing habits such as those outlined in this excellent article:
Effective defenses against malware and other threats - Apple Community
As for NordVPN......it is not providing the privacy or security you think it does. The only two times a VPN is actually useful is when you are connecting to an employer's network to access internal network resources of your employer, or when you wish to bypass local internet restrictions. Here is an article which explains some of the misconceptions of VPNs:

FYI, all these vendors are preying on people's fears in order to separate you from your hard earned money. In fact it gets even worse. Many of these types of apps are actually selling your personal information and many of them have had their own security vulnerabilities which have actually made your computer less secure.
Also, make sure to restart the computer since it appears Avast has been uninstalled, but the Avast files have not yet been removed until the computer has been rebooted.
Even following the developers' instructions to uninstall their apps may leave behind residual traces of their apps which may require you to manually delete the remaining files. Look at the Clean Up section near the end of the report where it shows PACE did not fully clean up after itself. If PACE is not required by your school or employer, then uninstall that as well.
Delete the following file listed in the Clean Up section of the EtreCheck report:
/Library/LaunchDaemons/PACESupport.plist
After uninstalling these apps and rebooting the computer, run EtreCheck again to make sure all traces of those apps are gone from the EtreCheck report. If any traces remain, then you will need to try manually deleting those remaining files.
