How can I reset password on a used iPod?
I bought from the super flute come home charge it up. It says I gotta have a passcode to even get it and do anything. There’s any way to override a passcode to get it.

Nope there is no way to override an Activation Lock when it shows it is Locked to the Owner. That is the theft deterrent mechanism to prevent unauthorized use of a device and if you could bypass it, then that would be a security failure. I would recommend returning the device as it will not be usable to you at all. For a device that is showing a Passcode, it will lock after too many failed attempts and you will then see the Activation Lock if you attempt to reset the device.
