Nope! Only use these numbers for contact to Apple Support.

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support


Do not use Google Search to look up numbers, as scammers simply pay Google to show their fake number first in your search results.

We’re not the “you” you’re assuming. This is a user-to-user forum. Apple may or may not read posts around here.


That doesn’t seem to be a telephone number published by Apple.


The usual practice with these is to look up the telephone number from a trusted source (beware Google search results!) and call that official number, rather than trusting telephone numbers or links in messages.


The few references to that 877 number seem sketchy, and some reference scams.
