kernel panic caused by com.apple.driver.AppleIntelKBLGraphics ( iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch 2019) when upgrading from original OS to any major MacOS

Hello,

I tried to fix my iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch 2019 to bypass this critical kernel panic but without any success. Can you help me to find a solution please.

It happened when I tried to upgrade the original MacOS. The new installed OS keeps rebooting until I press shift, so I can boot in the safe mode.

I believe this will end up being a hardware failure. If you perform a clean install of macOS by first erasing the whole physical drive (or the Fusion Drive item if equipped with a Fusion Drive setup) followed by reinstalling macOS and testing the system without installing any third party apps, and without migrating/restoring from a backup, and without signing into your AppleID/iCloud, then you have confirmed a hardware issue.

I guess you could try performing a DFU firmware Revive which resets the T2 security chip & system firmware, but I doubt that will help.

In my own personal experience supporting my organization's Macs, I have found the Logic Boards on the 2019 Macs (both laptops & desktops) tend to have a much higher rate of failure than most any older models (except 2005 & 2006 iMacs).
