Locked out of Apple ID and account recovery doesn’t work either. Help!!!

How to unlock or even start a account recovery when your Apple ID has two factor Authenticator on where you get emailed or texted to get access however the old number used is not a number anymore and the email address I can’t get in because it asks for authentication again and that’s the only options it gives me and says at the end since you can’t complete the steps my account can’t be unlocked at this time??!!! PLEASE HELP ME !!!

You are welcome to contact Apple about this but ultimately if you cannot provide sufficient proof to Apple you are the account owner you may simply have to abandon the account and everything associated with it. Keep contact information up to date.
