Enable 24-hour clock on Lock Screen MacBook Air

Hello!

I have a 2022 MacBook Air and my lock screen has a 12-hour clock, even when I try to use a 24-hour clock. When I log in, it shows a 24-hour clock on the menu bar, but not on the lock screen. When I try to change this on the settings under "general - date & time" nothing changes. If I disable 24-hour clock on lock screen, it also changes the menu bar clock to a 12-hour clock. But when I enable 24-hour clock on lock screen (it automatically also changes the menu bar to 24-hours) it does not change the lock screen clock at all.

Can somebody help me have a 24-hour clock on both the menu bar as well as the lock screen?

Thanks for your help!

MacBook Air, macOS 14.5
