How to set up an unlocked iPhone purchased from Amazon?
If I purchased an unlocked iPhone from Amazon, how do I set it up and then transferring data from my iPhone

First, be very, very cautious about buying a used iPhone from a seller where you can't personally examine the phone to make sure it's been properly set up to be re-sold. With Amazon, I would strongly recommend you not purchase from any of their "affiliates" unless Amazon themselves will guarantee the purchase so you have recourse if the iPhone turns out to be locked, either with Activation Lock or locked to a carrier.
