Song I purchased not downloading to iTuines

I purchased this song (Gracie Abrams' Close to You) on my iPhone 14 Pro and it's not letting me download it in iTunes. I tried removing the download on my phone and then redownloading it. I also rebooted my PC to see if that would resolve this, but to no avail. Any help is much appreciated.
