installing Sibelius Ultimate

I had Sibelius Artist only one day, then I upgraded it into Ultimate. Now, when I click my Sibelius icon, the old Artist comes to my display! How do I find my System ID? Perhaps I need it. My system is macOS 15.0 Sequoia.
