I don't see any mention that WinZip provides access to older outdated versions of their apps (it is a paid app). You should contact the WinZip developers for more information:

Why WinZip specifically? There are other options available. I think Apple has had the ability to compress files/folders within macOS into .zip format for quite a while now. macOS has been able to open & extract the contents for a long time as well.


You may want to check out the Keka app since even the latest version of this app supports macOS all the way back to macOS 10.10 Yosemite. The Keka developers also provide downloads for older versions of their app which work on even older versions of macOS all the way back to macOS 10.4 Tiger. I personally like to support developers that go the extra mile like this. I did use the Keka app some years ago to access an archive that macOS did not natively support.
