iPhone 16 pro issues

Purchased the iPhone 16 pro. One minute the apps are working fine then out of no where they freeze or won’t open at all for hours. Such amazon, klarna, wells fargo. All apps are up to date. Restarted my phone numerous times. Ready to return this phone. Anyone else experiencing these issues?

All apps freeze but the Home Screen works fine Recently all my apps have started freezing. When starting them up they won't get past the loading screen and if they are already loaded they just freeze. I found a temporary solution: hard restarting the iPhone. This only lasts a few minutes to half an hour. If you want any more information feel free to ask. I am on iOS 17.3.1 When I contacted apple support they ran a diagnostics test but the only possible solution they found was to restore my iPhone so I thought I came here to find another solution first.

iPhone 15 pro Issues I just got my new iPhone 15 Pro and it’s encountering a lot of issues that I don’t know how to resolve. I currently can’t even use it because it’s frozen trying to open up an app and none of the reset buttons will work. this is ridiculous for a brand new iPhone, pro, expensive. If anyone knows how I can resolve these issues please let me know. I’m also encountering issues with the music app while playing music some songs will have a slight glitch, not sure if it’s a Bluetooth glitch or the actual music app. This is so disappointing to be honest.
