Today I just received and answered a phone call from a private number which is a scammer. I’m extremely worried about getting hacked by the scammer. The call was 4 minutes long and my Apple ID is connected to an iPad. After the call, I updated to the newest iOS system. Can they get the credentials and/or personal information such as passwords, Apple ID etc. to various applications I got in my iPhone and the iPad?

No. You’ll probably get more calls having engaged with the scammer, but I’m unaware of any exploits that work via receiving telephone voice calls.
If such baseband exploits do exist, then you’re an immensely valuable target for an espionage agency or ilk, and they’ll have numerous other means to make your day less productive.
