Please accept that "health' is an inexact value and and has non-linear pattern.
"Inexact" in that it is based on an AVERAGE capacity base-line value, not the actual base-line capacity value of the battery in your device:

My Macbook Pro arrived with a battery having 102% health. Based on the concept of averages, that means some poor soul in the world got one with 98% health.
As for "non-linear," how about a serving of hard data? These are historical battery health readings from the original battery my heavily-used Macbook Pro, tracked with the Coconut Battery app:

Note that, between the two circled dates in 2022, health plummeted 10% in less than two months, then recovered to the "normal" reading range (80+%) six weeks later. It has remained in the low 80s for over a year. Also note the constant back and forth—all you can expect from an inexact value.
As for the Macbook Pro that generated that data, it was ten years old when that screenshot was captured. Today it is over 11 years old with the original battery, still over 80%, and still delivering acceptable runtimes for my needs between recharging. As for battery care, I simply:
- avoid letting it run to zero charge whenever possible
- recharge when the remaining charge is 20-40%
- use the computer on batteries for a couple of hours once a week
With more serious things in the world to worry about, I packed my battery concerns in the "not important" box and moved on.
You Macbook Pro has far better internal battery management than my old relic. Let it do its job.
