I have issue an issue with my iPhone 13 Pro Max from last 30 minutes screen is locked showing one message "Home: Would like to Send you Critical Alerts? what is this help me to unlock my phone touch is also not working due to this

Just follow the steps below:
KEEP HOLDING side button until you see the Apple logo - will seem like forever, but don't let go until you see the APPLE LOGO
This will restart your phone.
If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
