Force restart iPhone 17 Pro Max when working normally?

Hello just a quick question is it okay to perform a force restart on my iPhone 17 Pro Max even if my phone is performing normally. My iPhone is responsive and the screen is not frozen at all. Also all of the apps I have used this morning are performing normal and are not frozen or unresponsive. Thank you.

While you would normally perform a Forced Restart as a troubleshooting step, it is certainly OK to do this if you want to give everything a fresh start.

As Bob correctly suggests, you can Force Restart your iPhone when you want. I will tell you that I do after EVERY iOS update and I've never had any issue after an update.
