Terrible service. How do I complain to someone who isn’t reading a script from a screen. AirPods 4 Drama. Spoke to 4 members of incompetent staff members. The manager thought it was funny I had mental health issues and was disabled. I was made to feel very stupid. I really hope all calls were recorded. How do I escalate this problem please.
