Badge on iCloud+ on Settings screen is not disappearing

As you can see below, it's not going anywhere.

Using M1 Max with macOS Sequoia 15.0.1

Same issue exists on my friend and do not know how to get rid of it.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 15.0

Go to Internet Accounts and then click on the iCloud email and a screen should appear asking you to agree to their Terms and Conditions.

Log Out of iCloud completely

Restart the computer in Safe Mode

Still in Safe Mode - log back into iCloud

The Test if the The Terms and Condition for iCloud will work ( disappear )
