iOS 18 Control Center Issues

My iPhone 13 is on iOS 18.0.1 and when I first installed iOS 18 I started to customize my control center. I've been trying to add the Announce Notifications setting as I usually turn it off whenever I use my earbuds but it always disappears after some time. I just now added it, restarted my iPhone and it was gone. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? I haven't tested it with many others but the other settings in the Utilities category don't disappear like the Flightlight or Low Power Mode.

Fiverr app: no Settings entry, notification issues on iPad I recently installed an app called Fiverr, my iPad is updated to 26.3. This app does not show up in settings. It does appear on my home screen, but it does not appear anywhere in settings. I have contacted the company that produced the app and they went through all of their procedures and it was not able to remedy the situation. When I installed the app, it did not ask for permission to send not notifications on the app settings. You can select notifications on the app’s settings page, which I did, and I ran the test that they provide on their end and it said notificationswas successful.. The app bookmark does appear on my home screen and does function in terms of taking me to the site

iOS glitch? Why does it take 2 swipe downs for me to access the settings? On any part of the screen, i need to swipe twice to access settings. The first swipe is for notifications (all sides of the top screen) and the second is settings. Is this a glitch?
