i have it so that i can change the volume of my ringtone with buttons (to do this go to Settings -> Sounds & Haptics -> Change with Buttons) and it usually changes my alarm to the same volume as my ringtone. so helpful sometimes and so annoying other times.
Yes, the default alarms will be low as well. You could set a sleep schedule, though, in which you can define a separate volume level.
If my volume is low will my alarm still be loud?
