I am trying to watch a video in my photo gallery in my new I phone 15 which was in my old phone 13. Automatically it was transferred to my photo gallery once I signed in to my new I phone 15. But I am unable to watch it on my I phone 15.

the message I get is An error occurred while loading a higher-quality version of this video.

one more thing , most of my photos and video appeared also in my iPad, but I deleted all the photos from my iPad. Is that a reason why I can’t see it? Thanks
