Bose QC Ultra Earbuds does not isolate my voice from environment during a phone call

Hi!

I own Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds with recent software at the time of writing which I am using on daily basis.

I recently switched from Pixel to iPhone 16 Pro and found two issues with the phone calls:

  • When someone calls me then I can see that for a split of a second show connection to the earbuds but then it switched to the iPhone "regular" speaker which is supper annoying
  • Quality of the phone call is horrible. I mean that people hear the environment more than me.
    • When I use it with mac and apps like google meets then it works perfectly. It may also be due to google meets reducing the noise by itself but I don't know
    • Anyway, with Android it worked perfectly 😅 the quality is so much better.

Maybe it is a iOS 18 problem?

Any tips / advices?

Thanks in advance

iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 18
