App Subscription Refund becomes more and more difficult

I bought the annual membership from an App called Good Inside (I have to bought membership otherwise I cannot access any content) on Oct 4, 2024. It states they have 14 day money back guarantee policy that's why I chose to try it. On the same day I planned to request a refund but saw their website saying I have to request a refund from apple if I bought via IOS app store. (here is the policy https://support.goodinside.com/hc/en-us/articles/28712037702676-What-if-Good-Inside-isn-t-right-for-me-How-can-I-request-a-refund). However, when I requested a refund on the same day, apple rejected me and marked as ineligible for refund.

Same happened when I started a subscription of an app called WordUp. I forgot that I used its 14 day free trial once a long time ago. But also this time I signed up with a new email address. I clicked 14 day free trial and got unexpected charges. The most annoying thing is that this app is still broken as the time I first used it. Even if I got charged, I cannot access pro function, and it even identifies me as a normal user... I requested a refund from apple. Same result, not eligible for refund... I am hopeless..

iPhone 12, iOS 18
