Movie thumbnails not loading in Apple tv

My movie thumbnails have slowed down to almost a complete stop when loading. All of my movies are own are digital and from Apple and now I have a huge collection but it takes so long to load the thumbnails now I can’t even browse them to pick one out to watch. This has been going on for over three weeks. I’ve currently had the app open for over twenty minutes and it’s just made it to the letter “L”. I’ve done speed tests, and contacting my internet provider, and they have determined it’s a problem with Apple…not my internet. Please fix this asap!
