Apple Intelligence has not been released yet. When it is, it will be available on the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max, and the iPhone 16 series (as well as certain iPads and Macs).

It will never be available on the iPhone 14 Pro.

Apple likely won't reconsider this. Apple Intelligence requires an iPhone with 8GB of RAM, which an iPhone 14 Pro Max simply doesn't have.
