Apple Gift card says it has already been redeemed
i sent apple gift card with activation reciept when person tried to redeem it they said it had already been redeemed how is that possible ?

It's possible if you purchased it at a retail location where the Gift Cards are displayed on a rack where they are available for anyone to tamper with them. In that case you were scammed at the store and the retailer failed to protect your purchase.
We see stories on the news during the holiday months warning about this scam, but it can happen any time of the year. Many retailers are now securing their Gift Cards behind a counter to protect their customers.
