Sidecar...iPhone 15 Hotspot, M1 Macbook Air, iPad Air 4

Hello,

I have an iPhone 15 that I am using as a hotspot. At home I'm able to connect to my Mac and ipad. Then use the iPad as side car. I'm not sure why I cannot do this while on hotspot.

Again the iPhone is the hotspot. The two devices I have linked are a M1 Macbook Air and iPad Air 4. I cannot use the sidecar feature with this setup and I do not understand why.

I understand if a device is the hotspot then sidecar is not available. This is not that situation. I have 3 devices one is a hotspot and the other two cannot sidecar.

Yup my OS is updated.

Yup I turned off the devices and restarted them

Yup I turned off the feature then back on

Yup this works when it IS NOT connected to a hotspot (wi-fi)

Who ever reads this you know its annoying and a software flaw that does not make sense. Please help resolve this.
