A phone company locked my eSIM I had back surgery and wasn’t able to work to pay my bill so I got behind on everything now the eSIM is locked and I can’t afford to get a different phone I don’t have any money and I need my for communication

Sympathies for your situation, but this is totally up to that carrier. If they've refused unlocking since you are behind on your bill, then there's nothing you can do unless and until you can pay your outstanding charges. There is no way to unlock that iPhone without the carrier's cooperation.
