Live activities on the Lock Screen is intrusive

I find the implementation of live activities to be incredibly intrusive. It’s unflexible. You’re stuck with that stupid dialog on your Lock Screen. No way to clear it temporarily. You’re either all in or you get nothing including Dynamic Island. Which I do like for the very reason it’s not in my way. So it seems Apple took a really good idea where dynamic island was this subtle control that was out of your way but would quickly open the related app that was active in the background when needed. Even worse since all activities share the same behavior there is no global way to disable live activities. Instead you get to play a version on whack a mole when one pops up and then go find that app in settings get to the live activities and turn it off.

Again really like Dynamic Island and is pretty disappointing that I’m forced to lose that feature if I’m not all in on live activities. Seems more user control of this feature is sorely needed.

If there’s a way to temporarily remove an activity from Lock Screen (preferably without disabling the activity in Dynamic Island) would appreciate any ideas/solutions
