Recently brought the new iPhone 16 and noticed that it is draining very fast and without using any heavy tasks and following all the recommendations of battery saving tips....still not working

Give it a few days to do its housekeeping (calibration).
Leave it on charge, on Wi-Fi, all night every night so it does the housekeeping overnight.
