The only ways to remove the lock are to either have the person who set it remove it, or for you to have the receipt for its purchase from Apple to be able to ask Apple to reset it. You are not the first person to have purchased what is essentially as useless device from somebody. Either get the person to remove it, or ask for a refund.

Btw. No. I DID NOT STEAL IT. bought fair from the owner originally bought it new and now I can’t get in contact with them to ask them to unpair it from their Apple ID. So there’s always a way to fix or bypass anything electronic or device based these days. There’s got to be away for me to either factory reset unfair completely erased a software or Apple Watch hardware or whatever or simply unlock the activation lock without the original owners Apple ID that is pairing up with watch I bought, which is an Apple Watch Series 3. I just gotta be some trick or hack or bypass or maybe I can do it with my Apple ID? Somehow? There’s gotta be a way you can’t tell me that not somebody please help sincere and honest and have integrity. I really like the Lot. Please don’t tell me I bought it for no reason and got it off. Please help somebody!!!
