If I am reading this correctly it you would like to set a song/tune as your ringtone on your iPhone for when someone rings you.
I will tell you the method using GarageBand (No computer needed)
1. download or Create a Sound File:
• Make sure the sound you want as a ringtone is in your iPhone’s files app.
2. Open GarageBand:
• Download or open the GarageBand app from the App Store
3. Make a New Project:
• Open GarageBand and select Audio Recorder to make a new project.
4. Import Your Sound:
• Tap the Tracks View button (three lines) to switch to the multi-track view.
• Tap the Loop icon in the top-right corner.
• Go to the Files tab and import the sound file you want to use as a ringtone from your iPhone’s files app.
5. make sure the audio is <30 seconds.
• Ringtones have to be 30 seconds or shorter.
6. export as Ringtone:
• Tap the down arrow icon in the top-left and select My Songs to save your project.
• Long press the project you just saved and choose Share.
• Select Ringtone, name your ringtone, and tap Export.
7. Set the Ringtone:
• After the export is done, choose Use Sound As… and set it as your ringtone!

Hello, for months I also had doubts about how to put a personalized ringtone on iPhone without having to use unreliable apps or sites, but in reality it's easier than it seems.
In fact, in every Apple device (iPad and iPhone) you can find an Apple application called "GARAGEBAND"
There are several options as you can notice, but just scroll to find the "audio recording" option, clicking on it will open a screen with different options, just click ok and leave the clean option, then you will need another device and put a song of your choice, before starting it click the red button and start the song, and as soon as you want it stops there together with the red button (I recommend removing the metronome to avoid the background sound, just click it) then just click the arrow at the top left and click "my songs" here It will be saved automatically, then simply click on "select" select the song go to the "share" icon and the ringtone option will appear, at that point you will be asked to store it with a name, then click export and decide how to use it, to make sure you have put it, go to settings>ringtone>and check.
Sorry for the length of the message but I hope I was clear☺️
