Unable to use ECG app on my Apple Watch

I have moved recently to Jorden but I have noticed that I can't use ECG app in my Apple Watch

any idea why I can't use it and how to fix this issue

ECG not available on watch but it is Hi guys just start using Apple Watch model ultra 2 ECG is not working. on the watch when I open ECG app it says. (to set up ECG open the health app on your iPhone ) But when I go to the health app it says (ECG app is not available on your Apple Watch) the iOS are updated and I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the ECG app on app watch and deleted all the previous data on the health app and did the setup again still nothing. Any idea’s that could help

The ECG app is not available in Jordan.
