Apps close themselves after opening.

my iPhone 14 has been having this issue for a while now. It started with just one app (group me) and I thought it was a problem with that app. Now other apps (MLB and Duolingo) also close themselves after I open them. I have tried restarting the device, deleting and redownloading the apps, and even resetting WiFi on my phone. I don’t know what is happening and have been having this problem for a few weeks. Multiple YouTube videos and suggestions have been tried, but to no avail. Someone please help.
