everytime I got to settings to look for a network, my iPhone freezes. The only way to have it back is turning off and then turning on. I have already reset all network setting and it continues to happen, thanks

Remove any add-on VPN apps, and any add-on security apps, then force a restart holding the third button press until the Apple logo appears, continuing to hold past any sliders that might appear.
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
If that fails, check with Apple Support.
They might suggest a backup, factory reset, and restore.
