iPhone 15 screen glass broken

I purchased my iPhone 15 last December. It is the first iPhone I have ever had. Previously I have always had and enjoyed Samsung phones which I primarily chose because of the great photos it took. I do have an eye Mac as well as an iPad Pro and love those products. After having lost my Samsung phone in Barcelona, I decided to bring everything together with a new iPhone. I am so disappointed because I have cracks running in different directions near the borders and the phone has never been dropped. Does anyone know if Apple will willingly replace the shattered glass if it is clear that the phone itself is flawless without even a slightest hint of a scratch? I even have a screensaver on it as well as a good quality cover. I am so disappointed in such an expensive product becoming damage so easily with nothing I can see having happened to it .
