For some reason i can access my photos in any apps that need photos like discord or pinterest? I cant download photos from pinterest and i also cant send any voice messages? Im very confused on why this is happening i cleared storage to see if it would help but it didnt, it says that all my apps have private access for photos and theres no other option except for private access

Try to set the Photos library as System library in Photos settings. If some 3rd party app does not even then see the library, just export the image to the Desktop and insert it from there.
Does Photos work normally on your phone, otherwise? Are you working in Safari, or are you using the companies' own apps?
If this is Safari, I'd download another trustworthy browser, maybe Chrome, and try that. If it's the comanies' own apps, it would be best to contact the companies themselves.
By the way, have you tried a forced re-start?
