Hi, I want to buy a MacBook Air with Cyrillic on the keyboard. Is it possible to buy in Phuket, order online. Maybe there is a seller who will immediately apply engraving and from whom you can order online

If your local Apple store does not offer the keyboard you want, normally you have to travel to a country that does or buy from a non-Apple source. Apple stores do not sell outside their own country.
Nobody in these forums represents Apple sales or any store, so to find out what you can buy in your location, you need to contact stores there directly yourself.
PS. It looks like Apple’s online store in Thailand only offers Thai, us, Japanese, and Chinese keyboards.
