Iphone keeps restarting after loading or opening any app

I recently just changed my battery and after receiving the device it keeps restarting after successfully booting and loading all apps. The battery percentage also flunctuates from 11 to 42 percent It just restarts over and over by again

Did Apple or an Authorised Apple Service Provider replace your battery?

If yes, contact them again, repairs are also covered by a short warranty period.

In case a 3rd party service center replaced it, contact them and ask them to fix it.
