My iphone keeps restarting and is always at 1% battery

As said in the title my iphone 11 keeps randomly restarting and the battery is fixed at 1%.

When this started happening it would restart 2-3 times (showing 1% battery) and then come back to normal showing the true % of the battery, but now its always happening even if I charge my phone it keeps happening.

iPhone 11, iOS 17

This tells you that a non-genuine Apple battery was installed in the phone. There may be other "unknown" parts installed as well.

Unfortunately, Apple will not even look at the phone now because a non-genuine part was installed by a unqualified "tech".

Since Apple will not service the phone, all that I can suggest is that you check with the shop that sold the phone to see if they offer a warranty or repairs. Otherwise, you will have to try a local independent shop who will not have access to genuine Apple parts.

The problem is likely a defective battery and/or the motherboard. Hopefully, it is just the battery.
